This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued and subscriptions may be cancelled for the Dalka Schools Platform, operated by Dalka Tech Solutions LLC.

1. Subscription Plans

Dalka Schools operates on a subscription-based model. Subscription plans are available on monthly or annual terms. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

2. Free Trial

Where a free trial period is offered, no payment is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and the applicable fee will be charged.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the Platform until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Fees paid for monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing date. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented billing errors or technical failures preventing Platform use.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of a new annual subscription and have not made substantial use of the Platform, you may request a pro-rated refund. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for refunds.
  • Add-Ons & One-Time Payments: All add-on purchases and one-time payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at billing@dalkaschools.com. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a full credit or refund promptly.

6. Service Disruptions

In the event of extended Platform downtime (greater than 72 continuous hours) caused by issues within our control, we may offer a service credit proportional to the downtime. Service credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not redeemable for cash.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please:

  • Subject line: Refund Request or Cancellation Request
  • Include your school name, registered email address, and reason for the request.

We aim to respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 3 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform with at least 14 days' prior notice.
